6. PARTICIPATION: Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement by each contestant to comply with these Official Rules. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, contestant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any contestant be permitted to obtain any award for, and contestant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Listeners will then have to listen for their names to be called and will have 365 seconds to call back. If the listener does not call back in time, they will not be qualified. If they do get back to the studio by calling ONLY 1-888-955-1051, they will be qualified. No other station or company numbers may be used. The second way a listener may get qualified is through the official Real Rock 105 and 95-5 facebook found here. This is the only facebook page that will count. This is the true and only "Official REAL ROCK Fan Page" on facebook. Listeners will have to re-post what we ask as a status update and send us a message to the official facebook page to let us know when it's done. The number of people we give each time for doing so will be qualified via facebook. The third and final way to get registered to win the FRE3-65 giveaway is by coming out to one of out REGISTRATION STATION stops. Those stops will be listed at realrockradio.fm as dates become available.
2. On -Air Qualifications Procedure:
Names will be drawn from the registration list at random Monday through Friday between 6am and 7pm. After the name has been drawn, it will be immediately read on air on WJZJ (95-.5) and WGFM (105.1). The chosen listener will then have 365 seconds to call 1-888-955-1051. If they get back to us in the time permitted they will be qualified to win FRE3-65! If the listener does not call within the time allowed they will be placed back in the registration pool. Lastly, the winner must be able to answer the secret question given at registration (name of Favorite Color) to prove identity over the phone. If the answer can not be given, a new name will be drawn.
